United FMO is a fast-growing logistics company specialising in haulage, LCL trucking, cross-border transport, and time-critical deliveries. We are not a broker — we operate our own fleet and handle operations directly.

We are looking for a fast, responsible, and hands-on Customer Service Executive to support our daily operations and manage client communications.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Handle customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and calls

 

Process and coordinate daily job orders (FCL, LCL, last-mile, cross-border, oil samples)

 

Liaise closely with operations team and drivers to ensure smooth execution

 

Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers

 

Troubleshoot delays, urgent jobs, and operational issues

 

Ensure all job details and documentation are accurate before execution

 

Maintain proper records in internal systems (Haulio / Excel / internal tools)

 

Support billing by ensuring job completion details are correct

 

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1–2 years experience in logistics / trucking / freight forwarding

Familiar with Singapore logistics operations (port, LCL/FCL, transport coordination)

Strong communication skills — clear, fast, and professional

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Highly responsive and responsible (no delays in replying customers)

Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and operational systems

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
