About The Job
We are looking for a warm, patient, and customer-focused Customer Service Officer (Technical Support) to support our platform users and ensure they have a positive experience with our platform. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who enjoy helping people and solving problems. Comprehensive training and on-the-job coaching will be provided, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in customer support, healthcare technology, digital services, or technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional support to users via phone, email, and other support channels.
- Assist users with account access, platform navigation, and general enquiries.
- Guide elderly users through basic troubleshooting and platform features.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
- Record and track support requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with users to provide updates and ensure issues are resolved.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve the user experience.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to established procedures and data protection requirements.
- Support testing and other operational activities when required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Current Polytechnic or University students seeking internship opportunities are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with elderly users.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or local Singapore dialects (e.g. Hokkien, Cantonese, Teochew) is an advantage, as the role involves supporting elderly Singaporean users from diverse backgrounds.
- Comfortable using computers, mobile applications, and digital systems.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- No prior customer service or technical support experience is required. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
Working Arrangement
- Contract / Part-time, on-site role based in Singapore
- Minimum 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Flexible working hours between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, subject to operational requirements
