Sweetest Moments is a popular Halal-certified bespoke bakery in Singapore that specializes in customizable bakes for milestone celebrations. Widely celebrated for their personalized touch, they are the go-to choice for parents marking baby full month (Man Yue) boxes and 100-day celebrations, as well as custom cakes and cupcakes for weddings, corporate events, and birthdays.

3 week contract: 23 Oct 2026 - 8 Nov 3036 (only required to work Fri-Sun for the period)
Friday: 12.30pm - 5.30pm
Saturday: 12.30pm - 5.30pm
Sunday: 8.30am - 1.30pm

What You’ll Do

Your duties will include handling customer enquiries and orders in person and on the phone

Handle administrative duties which include designing and printing of customized cards, toppers, labels, etc

Process product orders, including compilation, confirmation and amendment of orders

Assist in handling customer feedback and complaints and providing necessary service recovery

What You’ll Need

Some relevant work experience in customer service or frontline

Good written and spoken communication skills

Pleasant disposition and cheerful personality

Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customer

Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs

Ability to listen, think and respond effectively to customer needs and request

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
