Responsibilities

1. Targeted marketing - Promote our content to the right target audiences based on users' lifecycle or usage behaviour and put on an analytical lens through our Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) campaigns for Mediacorp's digital entertainment apps, mewatch & melisten.

2. Brainstorm, research and support the marketing campaigns in driving awareness for product features or content and increase engagement and and grow segments.

3. Single-Sign-On (SSO) Marketing - Brainstorm with the team to improve SSO through CLM activities

4. Work with internal and external stakeholders, copywrite marketing copy with the use of chatGPT and run A/B testing for campaigns

5. Campaign tracking - Support in the tracking of campaigns performances.
