Responsibilities:
* Customer engagement through daily follow up calls. but not limited
* Content creation & social media support.
* Events, advertising and brand development support.
* Other ad-hoc support as and when assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or a Degree in Business Administration, Graphic Design, Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* Basic video editing skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Open to feedback and eager to learn and listen from different perspectives.
* Positive mindset.
