Job Title: Centre Coordinator (Operations & Customer Service)
Location: Tampines
Job Type: Full-Time

The Role

As a Centre Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of the branch. You will manage the front desk, assist parents and students and support our teaching team. We are looking for someone who loves interacting with people and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Enrollment

  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students (walk-ins, phone calls, and WhatsApp enquiries).
  • Provide professional advice on our programs, class schedules, and curriculum to prospective parents.
  • Process student enrollments, withdrawals and class transfers efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with parents to foster a supportive learning community.

2. Centre Operations & Administration

  • Manage the collection of tuition fees and issue official receipts.
  • Maintain accurate student records and attendance databases.
  • Coordinate the printing and organization of teaching materials and worksheets.
  • Ensure the centre (classrooms and reception area) is tidy, safe, and conducive to learning.
  • Open and close the centre according to operating hours.

3. Teacher & Management Support

  • Assist teachers with logistical needs before and during classes.
  • Liaise with HQ regarding branch performance, inventory, and facility maintenance.

Requirements

  • Education: ITE Higher Nitec / Polytechnic Diploma
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, administration or the education sector is an advantage (but training will be provided for the right candidate).
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work on one weekend (Saturdays or Sundays) and some weekday evenings, as these are our peak operational hours.
  • Personality: Cheerful, patient, responsible and enjoys working with children and parents.
