SG Enable Ltd – Intern, Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD)

About SG Enable
As the National Agency for Disability in Singapore, SG Enable raises awareness on disability issues and facilitates access to disability schemes and services. It brings partners together to share knowledge, collaborate and innovate, striving towards a common goal of building an inclusive Singapore and enabling lives. Set up by the Ministry of Social and Family Development in 2013, it is a registered charity and an Institution of a public character.

The intern will interface with stakeholders across the organization, as well as the rest of HCOD to support the division in driving learning and organisational development (L&OD) initiatives across SG Enable.

Organisation Development and Employee Experience

• Support OD and employee engagement work, including logistics and set-up for engagement sessions, focus group discussions and workshops
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver OD and employee experience projects, interventions, and events
• Support the review of the new hire onboarding experience

Learning and Development

• Coordinate internal and external learning activities, including registrations, vendors, venues, and materials
• Support capability building plans by coordinating logistics and maintaining learning roadmaps
• Track programme completion and consolidate data for management reporting

Communications and Operations

• Support communications and operations for OD and employee experience initiatives
• Design EDMs to publicise OD and L&D activities
• Support the HCOD division on other tasks as assigned
