About SG Enable
As the National Agency for Disability in Singapore, SG Enable raises awareness on disability issues and facilitates access to disability schemes and services. It brings partners together to share knowledge, collaborate and innovate, striving towards a common goal of building an inclusive Singapore and enabling lives. Set up by the Ministry of Social and Family Development in 2013, it is a registered charity and an Institution of a public character.

About the Division
The Technology, Data and Digitalisation (TDD) Division drives enterprise digitalisation, manages the organisational Infocomm Technology requirements, and provides infrastructure, guidance, and operational support for any digital and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with rolling out digital strategy initiatives and change management plans, e.g. digital governance policies, engagement sessions with divisions to support them through their digitalisation journey etc.
• Support in digitalisation progress tracking via administering surveys, analysing survey results etc.
• Assist with the development of digital skill competency framework and training plans.
• Curate and translate technical or project updates into clear, staff-friendly messaging, including benefits and “what is in it for me” perspectives.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in business administration, or Information Technology, or any related fields.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Prior experience in the public sector, especially in the social service sector, will be advantageous.
