Job Description
Our client is looking for enthusiastic & dynamic individual to assist in project supervision! They are in the construction industry for over 40 years and they have decided to open a new position for their growing business!
Your duties:
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress
- Attend regular meetings & prepare minutes
- Work with Manager to prepare documents & plans within timeline and budget
- Liaise with main contractor to ensure well-being of workers
Requirements;
- Able to converse well in Mandarin as need to liaise with vendors from China
- Need to have own transport, comes with transport allowances $400 - $800
- Good if able to read construction drawing or Autocad
- No experience welcome
Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month + transport allowance
