SAGE Counselling Centre is a community-based social service agency supporting seniors and adults through counselling, mental health outreach, and community programmes. Our work also involves close collaboration with volunteers and partners to strengthen community engagement and support networks.

As we continue to expand our services and outreach, we are seeking a Programme Administrator / Coordinator who is organised, proactive, and detail-oriented. This role offers hands-on experience in programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational support within the social service sector.

Job Description

Job Role:

  • Implement centre-based programmes in Sengkang, and rendering necessary assistance to support operations of the SAGE Wellness Centre (Sengkang);
  • Support in creative and design work for all in-house publicity materials;
  • Support all events and activities held by SAGE Counselling Centre in Jurong point (when necessary)
  • Ensure planning, development and implementation, including evaluation of programme, through hosting webinars (hybrid), conducting various types of workshops, various arts, music, dance, theatre programmes, new activities, interest groups, programmes etc.
  • Ensure all centre logistics are effectively planned and executed prior to each activity, including preparation and updating of attendance lists, proper arrangement of tables and chairs, and setup of required weblinks or technical platforms.
  • Update events in SAGECC’s website, update new events, maintain and update social media feeds in Facebook and other social media.
  • To create other social media platforms for publicity of SAGE’s events and activities.
  • To collate contacts for Mailchimp mailing list and participants’ feedback from webinar and workshops
  • Ensure inventory of art pieces, art supplies and musical instruments are properly documented, including sales of artwork. All art supplies are properly packed in the cabinets.
  • Ensure management and monitoring of programme activities such as publicity, registration, attendance, logistics, procurement, collection and payment are in order.
  • Collaborate with community partners, governmental bodies or sponsors for programme expansion and implementation.
  • Using Canva software to create publicity materials and stationery for Centre such as posters, banners, e-cards, and notices;
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive email distribution list of stakeholders and partners for the dissemination of materials such as e-greeting cards, e-newsletters, and the annual report.
