The Role

Aid is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of architectural and interior projects from award through completion.

You will coordinate schedules, materials, documentation, suppliers, contractors, and site activities to ensure projects progress smoothly and key deliverables are completed on time.

This role is suited for someone who is organised, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across different projects.

What You’ll Work On

Project Coordination

- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and outstanding items

- Track project progress and follow up with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients

- Maintain project schedules, records, correspondence, and documentation

- Identify potential delays or coordination issues and follow through until resolution

Procurement & Delivery

- Coordinate materials, samples, purchase requirements, production schedules, and deliveries

- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers on lead times, quantities, specifications, and logistics

- Support quantity checks, material planning, and procurement follow-up

- Ensure required materials and information are available ahead of installation

Site & Client Coordination

- Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, installers, consultants, and project stakeholders

- Attend site meetings, inspections, measurements, and progress meetings where required

- Support material submissions, mock-ups, technical information, and approvals

- Coordinate installation requirements and assist with resolving site-related issues

What We’re Looking For

- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

- Strong organisational and follow-up skills

- Good understanding of project workflows, construction, and site coordination

- Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently

- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with schedules, quantities, and documentation

- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of assigned projects

Experience with Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, project management software, or construction-related systems is an advantage.

Fresh graduates and junior candidates with relevant project or construction experience are welcome to apply.

Compensation

Basic Salary: S$3,000–S$4,000/month

Final compensation will depend on experience, capability, and level of project responsibility.
