Responsibilities

• Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and marketing tasks
• Follow up with team members to ensure work is completed properly and on schedule
• Support campaign coordination across social media and digital platforms
• Assist with reporting, presentations, and project organisation
• Ensure client requests and feedback are communicated clearly
• Utilise AI tools to improve workflow and productivity

Requirements

• Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Responsible, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable coordinating multiple projects at once
• Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Bonus Skills
• Previous agency or account servicing experience
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads
• Copywriting or content coordination experience
