MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(A) SPECIFIC (80%)
You will assist in handling reception and dispensary duties. This includes:
- Providing clear and concise explanation to patients on clinic policies
- Performing necessary health screening and lab tests (e.g. Taking patients’ clinical parameters, urine tests
- Ensuring rooms are kept clean and prepared for consultation
- Managing and transferring incoming telephone calls, taking messages
- Collating medical reports for filing and forwarding results to patients via emails or post
- Monitoring inventory levels and perform stock take of medicines and consumables
- Performing daily billing management and ensuring all transaction are tallied with the taking before closing accounts
(B) GENERAL (20%)
- Any other duties and projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
