Frontline & Patient Support
· Welcome and receive patients upon arrival at Raffles Health Screeners.
· Assist with patient registration and ensure the required information and documentation are properly captured.
· Guide and direct patients to the appropriate screening stations, consultation rooms or other centres as required.
· Assist patients in navigating the health screening process and respond to general enquiries.
· Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth patient flow and minimise unnecessary waiting time.
· Provide assistance to patients where required, while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.
· Support the frontline team during peak periods and assist with other operational requirements.
Administrative & Operational Support
· Assist with general administrative duties relating to health screening operations.
· Support the preparation, compilation and formatting of reports and other documentation.
· Perform data entry, filing and maintenance of records as required.
· Assist with checking and organising documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
· Support basic tracking and follow-up of outstanding administrative matters.
· Assist the team with other ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Prior experience in customer service, healthcare or administrative work would be advantageous but is not essential.
· Comfortable interacting with patients and members of the public.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Organised, meticulous and able to follow established processes.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
· Able to handle patient information and confidential documents with discretion.
· Service-oriented, responsible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
