The Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers at the service center
Handle customer requests related to RMA , including device receiving, collection, and basic status updates.
Assist in credit note application and submission processes for customers.
Ensure accurate documentation and data entry of customer and product details.
Liaise with internal teams (technical/service/finance) to support smooth customer transactions.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative or support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Working experience in supporting IT related equipment
At least 2 years of working experience in a fast-paced Service Center environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced expertise in Excel functions.
Strong communication, enjoy problem-solving and the ability to handle difficult customer situations in a professional manner.
Able to commit on alternate 5.5 work week.
