Job Description
- Work effectively to a systematic template and documents required of the media monitoring duties, and initiate processes to ensure an efficient administration
- Oversee the organization of media monitoring duties, including the monitoring of media movements and maintenance of media list
- Prepares and submit monthly monitoring reports
- Effectively Bilingual – able to read and translate Chinese to English and vice versa
- Demonstrate an active interest in a broad knowledge of the media and/or influencer landscape
- Support the daily operations on tasks including the maintenance of media library and event support.
- Able to work shift hours: 7am – 4pm (3 days) and 9am to 6pm (2 days). Alternate days of weekend work may be required (2-3 hours)
