The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable brand experiences? We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Events Intern to help bring Suu Balm and Vytle events to life! From planning to on-the-ground execution, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing activations, working closely with the marketing team to engage consumers and make every interaction memorable.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail and event environments and is highly organised. If you enjoy being part of a team that turns ideas into exciting experiences, this is the opportunity for you.
Commitment period: 6 months
In this role, your tasks could include
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and event partners to ensure smooth event preparation and timely delivery of event requirements.
- Support event logistics, including manpower scheduling, inventory tracking, transportation arrangements, and setup/tear-down activities.
- Prepare event materials and documentation, such as event briefs, attendee lists, run sheets, post-event reports, and presentation materials.
- Conduct venue research and source suppliers, quotations, and event-related services to support project planning.
- Provide onsite support during events, ensuring smooth operations, attendee engagement, and prompt resolution of operational issues.
- Assist in tracking event performance metrics, collecting feedback, and preparing post-event analysis reports.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and provide additional support as required.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Events Management and / or Marketing, or related discipline.
- Digitally savvy and proficient in computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Passion in Event Management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
