Job Description

Looking for a fast-paced and exciting role in the events industry where no two days are ever the same?

We’re on the lookout for energetic, hands-on, and responsible individuals to join our team as part of our Event Operations & Logistics team.

As part of the role, you won’t just be sitting behind a desk. You’ll be directly involved in preparing logistics, coordinating manpower, supporting onsite event execution, and helping bring large-scale events to life from start to finish.

From team building programmes and family days to sports carnivals, Dinner & Dance events, Amazing Races, and overseas retreats, you’ll get to experience what goes on behind the scenes of executing impactful events across Singapore and beyond.

Throughout the role, you’ll gain exposure to:

  1. Event logistics preparation and coordination
  2. Logistics room and equipment management
  3. Packing, loading, and onsite setup coordination
  4. Manpower coordination and scheduling
  5. Freelancer and facilitator liaison
  6. On-ground event execution and facilitation
  7. Supporting Event Managers as second IC onsite
  8. Operational planning and problem-solving
  9. Event setup and teardown management
  10. Client-facing operational support during events

You’ll also work closely alongside experienced Event Managers, facilitators, trainers, and operations teams who will mentor and guide you throughout the process. One day you could be preparing logistics for a large-scale Amazing Race, and the next you might be onsite managing manpower flow for a corporate Family Day or supporting a regional retreat overseas.

Most importantly, you’ll get to see how an event comes together operationally behind the scenes. You’ll learn how logistics are planned, how manpower is coordinated, how operational issues are solved in real time, and how teams work together to execute successful events smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  1. Enjoys working with people
  2. Thrives in fast-paced environments
  3. Is proactive and willing to learn
  4. Enjoys operations and problem-solving
  5. Can adapt quickly under pressure
  6. Doesn’t mind being hands-on and on the move
  7. Enjoys coordinating teams and manpower
  8. Loves bringing events to life behind the scenes

We are looking for ITE graduates, diploma holders, or degree holders with relevant backgrounds or interests in Events Management, Hospitality, Logistics, Sports & Wellness, Tourism, Business, or related fields.

Experience in school camps, orientation programmes, CCAs, logistics teams, student leadership, manpower coordination, or event operations will be a strong bonus as well.

As this role involves onsite coordination, manpower management, and client interaction, candidates must be comfortable communicating with people and fluent in spoken English.

Most importantly, we are looking for individuals with strong attitude, initiative, responsibility, and willingness to learn. Even without direct industry experience, energy and a positive working attitude go a very long way in the events industry.

If you enjoy being in the action and want to be part of creating memorable experiences for others, we’d love to hear from you.
