SpoinkSG is a Singapore-based company that runs interactive DIY clicker keychain booths and slime parties for events, corporate clients and private celebrations. We also sell fidget clicker keychains, slimes and squishies through TikTok Live and retail partners. We’re a small, fast-moving team and need someone reliable to help us keep up with demand. 

The Role You’ll support our day-to-day operations: stock, setup and production of our custom clickers and slimes. This is a hands-on role, and you’ll see how an events and retail business runs behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Restock and keep track of inventory, including clicker parts, slime materials and event supplies
• Assemble and produce custom clicker keychains and slimes to order
• Pack and prepare event kits, then help with setup and teardown at events
• Support live stations at events when needed
• Check stock and quality before orders and events go out
• Help with other operations and logistics tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a polytechnic, ITE or university programme, with an internship requirement
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions carefully
• Comfortable with hands-on work and lifting boxes and equipment
• Organised, with good attention to detail
• Willing to work weekends and evenings during events (time off in lieu provided)

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail, F&B, events or crafts
• Interest in toys, collectibles or creative products

• Location: MacPherson, Singapore (event locations vary)
• Duration: 6 Months
• Start date: Immediate / as soon as possible
• Allowance (Per month):
  - ITE/NOA Level: $700
  - Polytechnic: $800
  - University: $900
