We are looking for a driven and energetic Event Sales Consultant to drive revenue for our event sales, manage day-to-day operations, support event activities, and drive customer engagement. You’ll play a key role in handling client inquiries, coordinating bookings, ensuring smooth execution of events, and supporting sales initiatives to grow both brands.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 

Business Development:

  • Drive venue bookings and revenue growth by identifying and executing marketing and promotional opportunities.
  • Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, calls, and social media platforms.
  • Arrange and coordinate on-site viewings for potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements to tailor packages, develop vendor collaborations, and sell add-ons (e.g., decorations, catering, and entertainment).
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations, contracts, and invoices.
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings; update and maintain CRM to track sales pipeline and conversion rates.
  • Prepare weekly sales report and monthly profit and loss for each venue.
  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Manage feedback from customers and gather Google reviews to strengthen brand reputation
  • Identify a suitable group of content creators for sponsorship of our venue or products for marketing purposes
  • Collaborate with digital marketing agencies to manage paid advertising and campaign strategies

 

Operations:

  • Coordinate event logistics and serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors pre-event, during, and post-event
  • Liaise with necessary vendors to execute successful events
  • Conduct post-event checklists and gather client feedback
  • Ensure venues remains clean, presentable, and fully functional at all times
  • Report and oversee maintenance or repairs for venue facilities and equipment
  • Ensure venues operations run smoothly at all times
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the company
