Swimwerks is an aquatic services company in Singapore. We teach people to swim, train and certify swim professionals, and provide lifeguard manpower across the island. Our vision is to become the preferred aquatic hub in Singapore and the Asia Pacific by 2028.

Founders’ Content Creator (Personal Brand)

Follow our two founders, around every day and film organic content for their personal brands. No professional camera is needed, only an iPhone. We want real, raw, consistent content that builds a personal brand.

Please note this role is not a desk job and has no fixed schedule. You’ll be on the move with us: meetings, pool decks, site visits, early mornings and late nights. Nobody will give you a shot list, so you need to spot the moment and capture it yourself. We value initiative, energy and speed.

Responsibilities:

• Be with the founders day to day and film what happens: conversations, decisions, wins, setbacks and behind-the-scenes
• Spot moments worth capturing before the founders do
• Shoot on your iPhone: talking heads, b-roll, vlogs and quick clips
• Get the shot without disrupting the moment
• Turn around quick cuts on your phone, and hand bigger edits to our editor
• Organise footage so nothing gets lost
• Pitch content ideas, hooks and angles based on what you see
• Keep both founders’ personal brands fed with consistent content

Requirements:

• A solid understanding of personal branding and organic content
• A recent-model iPhone and the confidence to shoot with it
• A good eye for a good shot and a good moment
• High energy and stamina for long, unpredictable days
• Discretion, as you’ll be around many private conversations
• Strong communication in English; additional languages are a plus
• Basic phone editing (CapCut or similar) is a plus
• Having built a business before is a strong plus
• No degree needed
• Full-time and Singapore-based, and able to move around the island
• Cannot be running another business, freelancing for other clients, or working another job
