Job Description

We are looking for a Finance cum Operation Executive who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines. Attention to detail and follow up skill is a MUST. 

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be working closely with multiple internal team members with the objective of ensuring the purchasing and ticket stocks are at the optimal level and to ensure the smooth flow of the purchasing functions. 

You will also be responsible for some essential finance functions relating to inventory, payments and operations.

 

Essential job functions

Operation Functions:

 

  • Work closely with the Supply Team to fulfill purchasing function requirements and assist to ensure inventory are maintained at optimal level
  • Assist in placing tickets orders to suppliers, follow through on payment requirements and ensure tickets purchased are uploaded for sales on our platform.
  • Work within the Finance Team to ensure all the suppliers’ portal are top up on a timely manner
  • Working with the CS team to ensure refunds to partners are processed and tickets relating to refunds are properly accounted
  • Process of manual booking

Finance Functions:

 

  • Assist Finance Team to verify suppliers’ invoices and to process payments using various payment platforms
  • Month end reconciliation and tracking to ensure ticket balances are accurate
  • Assist in the preparation of expense claims and verifying these claims before sending for processing

Administrative Functions:

  • Purchase of office stationery and miscellaneous items
  • Other ad-hoc admin functions as required by superior

Skills and experience

  • Preferably1 year experience in inventory management or Finance
  • Graduates with no experience are also welcome to apply
  • IT savvy with a positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and excel within your area
  • Able to multi task and work within a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
  • Good attitude, fast learner, meticulous, accurate and have an eye for details
