Unlike the traditional image of the insurance industry, our approach focuses heavily on cold-market systems, structured client acquisition, education-based conversations, and professional development, rather than relying only on friends and family.
What You Will Learn

What You Will Be Doing
As part of the team, your responsibilities may include:
Engaging potential clients through structured outreach channels
Setting appointments and conducting introductory financial conversations
Understanding client goals, concerns, and financial priorities
Preparing simple recommendations and discussion materials with guidance
Supporting client follow-ups and relationship management
Participating in training, coaching, and team development sessions
Learning how to build a long-term client base through professional, non-pushy methods
