What You Will Learn

You will be exposed to:

Client communication and relationship-building Business development and cold-market outreach strategies Personal finance, protection, retirement, and wealth planning concepts How to conduct basic financial needs discovery How to explain financial solutions in a simple and relatable way How to manage follow-ups, client appointments, and long-term relationships How to build a sustainable personal business with mentorship and team support

What You Will Be Doing

As part of the team, your responsibilities may include:

Engaging potential clients through structured outreach channels Setting appointments and conducting introductory financial conversations Understanding client goals, concerns, and financial priorities Preparing simple recommendations and discussion materials with guidance Supporting client follow-ups and relationship management Participating in training, coaching, and team development sessions Learning how to build a long-term client base through professional, non-pushy methods
