Job Description

Our Firmwide Corporate Service unit helps build our competitive advantage by providing support to all lines of businesses, spanning Administration, Business Development, Finance, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Legal, Marketing & Communications and Technology. Our specialists in each function bring together a diverse set of skill-sets and expertise to best service their internal clients.

The Operations and Change Management (OCM) team supports all Firmwide Corporate Service departments to improve the quality of the service by streamlining and automating connected processes as well as supporting the implementation of best in class business applications such as Oracle, Salesforce Workday, etc.

We are looking for candidates for a 3-month internship period from July 2022 to Nov 2022.

Process Mapping

Responsibilities:

  • Review and document processes, whether internal to specific FCS departments, cross FCS departments or firmwide.

  • Develop and publish support documentation for the internal clients (in various formats from presentations to web pages, to video etc.).

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned

Eligibility:

  • Ability to prioritize, ask questions when appropriate and exercise good judgment in problem-solving

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and meet tight/stringent deadlines while maintaining accuracy

  • Well organized and detail-oriented

  • Work well independently as well as in a team

  • Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite and/or Google suite

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand internal support processes in professional service firm

  • Writing User guides and SOPs

  • Develop support materials
