Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze internal processes to create SOPs and process flow
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through digitalization
- Participate in data integration project
Requirements
- Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics or related field
- Good knowledge in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL and Power BI
- A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail
