Ltd. is an Asset Performance Management (APM) company which focuses on maximising solar PV assets performance and rectifying underperforming assets. The company manages thousand+ assets across Asia and beyond. What You’ll Do 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to help solve real business problems and improve operational efficiency. 

•  Assist in collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities 
• Data cleansing of data collected and creation of dashboards for clients 
• Support the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders 
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and document business requirements 
• Help model and map current and future state business processes 
• Conduct market or competitor research to support strategic initiatives 
• Collaborate with team members for ad hoc analysis 
• Improve and review CRM system based on business needs and requirements 

What We Look For 

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus 
• Proficient in data analysis and data cleansing using Power BI/Tableau; 
• Strong ability to write basic to advanced SQL queries; 
• Basic CRM knowledge (e.g.Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc. ). 
• Basic IT troubleshooting skills 

Other Skills: 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude; 
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in product development; 
• Understanding of various data structures and common data transformation methods;
