About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical intern with an interest in digital transformation, business analytics and process automation.

The intern will work closely with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify operational challenges and explore opportunities to improve reporting, data management and workflow efficiency through digital solutions and automation.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world business operations, data analysis, dashboard development and digital transformation initiatives within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Engage with different business teams to understand their operational needs, reporting requirements and existing workflows.
• Analyse sales and business performance data, including revenue, adviser productivity and commission-related metrics.
• Review existing Excel-based tracking and reporting processes to identify opportunities for standardisation and automation.
• Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools to provide clearer, more timely insights for management and business teams.
• Explore digital and AI-driven solutions to streamline data consolidation, reporting and operational workflows.
• Support improvements to existing internal systems, including adviser-facing platforms, to enhance data accessibility and usability.
• Assist with process improvements for tracking adviser incentive schemes, performance milestones and commission-related payments.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in understanding and improving business processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Python, SQL or automation tools would be advantageous.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across different teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Interested in digital transformation, business analytics and process automation.
