About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern with an interest in partnerships, business development and stakeholder engagement.

The intern will work directly with the Partnerships Manager to support partnership development, external outreach and stakeholder communications.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to business relationship management and the opportunity to contribute to partnership initiatives, from initial outreach and relationship building through to coordination and execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business partners and collaboration opportunities aligned with the firm's business objectives.
• Support external outreach efforts, including drafting introductory emails, partnership proposals and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate meetings and communications with prospective and existing partners.
• Assist in preparing presentation decks, partnership materials and business proposals.
• Support the planning and execution of partnership initiatives and collaborative activities.
• Maintain partnership trackers, contact databases and records of ongoing discussions and engagement activities.
• Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate partnership requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging external stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills and an interest in building professional relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently.
• Interested in business development, partnerships and stakeholder engagement; prior relevant experience would be advantageous.
