About the Role 

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy intern to join our HR team to support HR digital transformation, process automation, and people analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leveraging AI, automation tools, and data analytics to improve employee experience and HR operational efficiency.

You will have the opportunity to work on real-world HR transformation projects, collaborate with HR and business stakeholders across regions, and gain exposure to how technology can be applied to modernize HR processes and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities 

HR Process Automation & Transformation Projects 

• Review existing HR workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance employee experience through automation. 
• Support the design, testing, implementation, and documentation of HR automation solutions using AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and other digital technologies. 
• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, map current and future-state processes, and manage project timelines for automation/continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Assist in developing AI-powered knowledge resources, self-service solutions, workflow guides, and digital HR tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on special projects and change management activities.

People Analytics & Reporting 

• Design and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide meaningful workforce insights and support data-driven decision-making. 
• Analyze workforce data, identify trends and patterns, and prepare presentations or recommendations for stakeholders. 
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting requirements, including ESG and workforce-related reporting.

HR Systems & Process Excellence 

• Support HR data management activities while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. 
• Assist in reviewing and enhancing HR policies, controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation. 
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR intranet content, knowledge repositories, and employee self-service resources.

Other Responsibilities 

• Support ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required. 
• Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder discussions to gain exposure to broader HR operations and strategy.
