Job Description

As a business support trainee, you will be the right-hand person to the CEO, assisting him in all aspects of managing the day-to-day operations of the company.

We are looking for a young, smart and very driven individual that wants to work in an entrepreneurial environment. What matters is not what you have done, but what you can learn and do. For a natural self-starter/learner, willing to push boundaries, the role is a front-row seat to managing a business.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage all types of administrative issues, including financial control and business planning
  • Research best practices and come up with practical solutions to develop and/or improve the business
  • Analyse, design and document key business process and other operational procedures
  • Prepare high quality materials for internal and external use, including pitches to clients
  • Use your business acumen and strategic thinking to develop new business initiatives
  • Partner with the CEO, to execute business-critical initiatives, with the help of internal and external stakeholders

Key requirements:

  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly, think on your feet and make decisions independently
  • Ability to process information, identify relevant details and produce concise and clear output
  • Ability to manage complex projects and divide them into smaller manageable tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to work in a fully digital environment
