About the Role
We are looking for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who are interested in both business and technology.
This role is suitable for someone who wants to understand how a fintech business operates, while also learning how systems, data, automation, and AI can be used to improve real business processes.
You do not need to be a programmer, but you should be comfortable with technology, data, and digital tools. You should also be interested in business operations, customer experience, credit, sales funnel, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily business operations across customer, credit, sales, collections, and backend teams.
Work with managers to identify process gaps and improve workflows using systems, data, automation, and AI tools.
Assist in system-related projects, user testing, reporting, dashboard preparation, and business process improvement.
Work with different departments to understand operational problems and propose practical solutions.
Prepare reports, updates, and recommendations for management review.
Take on increasing responsibilities based on performance, learning progress, and business needs.
What We Are Looking For
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience.
Open to graduates from Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, AI Systems, Law, Economics, or related fields.
Interested in both business and technology.
Comfortable learning digital tools, systems, data, automation, and AI.
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to be hands-on.
Good communication skills and able to work with different teams.
Responsible, practical, and able to follow through on tasks.
