Job Description

VeganBurg is seeking a Marketing Coordinator whose primary responsibilities are to provide marketing support to the operations of the VeganBurg restaurants and office.

The Coordinator will be assisting the marketing and operations department to roll out marketing activities, responsible for excellent inter outlet and franchisee communication; developing copy and basic design of marketing collateral and managing corporate website, social media accounts and different delivery platform accounts in Singapore and in San Francisco with minimal support of the local team.

The Coordinator should be pro-active, have an eye for design and detail, as well as multi-tasking, organizing, and problem-solving skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Full control over all digital marketing platforms to generate leads and drive conversion. Including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This includes managing local directories.

Develop content and monitor VeganBurg's social networking pages e.g. Facebook & Twitter. This includes responding to queries.

Social media pages and accounts regularly updated with interesting and engaging content for fans and followers resulting in a significant increase in subscribers.

CRM Management

Mailchimp, Zapier, Google Sheets database, CRM, and POS. Provide monthly journal report with new entries.

Contribute to the creation of VeganBurg branded print and  digital collateral. This includes copy writing, accuracy of information, image selection and creative direction in line with our brand.

Jobs briefed into design team for creation, brand alignment and delivered to deadline.

Draft potential content for use on the website to increase engagement Generating ideas for marketing use

Undertake marketing and event related research, and present findings to the team.

This includes getting in touch with relevant Western celebrities who are visiting Singapore.

Assist in developing and maintaining Marketing and Customer Service Handbook/Manual for franchise

Public Relations

Generate media pitches for both traditional and digital media. Including but not limited to: newspapers, TV shows, institutional outreach, magazines, bloggers, YouTubers and Instagram influencers.

Work with Head of Marketing with regards to Singapore sponsorships and partnerships.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing, Business Admin, Mass Communications or equivalent. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

At least 1-2 years’ relevant working experience

Strong command of English language and flair for design

Google Suite apps

Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop and Mac iOS

Able to work independently, work under pressure & deliver quality results with speed and minimum supervision
