About the Role
We are looking for a motivated intern who is keen to learn about investment migration, fund structuring, VCCs, trusts, company restructuring, M&A, and cross-border corporate advisory. This role is suitable for someone with an interest in finance, private wealth, investment structuring, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions. The intern will work closely with the senior team to support the preparation of client proposals, pitch decks, investment materials, and research documents for regional clients. The main responsibility will be to help draft and refine business proposals, pitch decks, client presentations, market research, and transaction-related documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing client proposals, pitch decks, and presentation materials
- Conduct research on investment migration, VCCs, trusts, tax-efficient structures, company restructuring, and M&A transactions
- Support the team in drafting materials for fundraising, corporate advisory, investment structuring, and private wealth solutions
- Help prepare company profiles, investment teasers, business summaries, and transaction overviews
- Research market trends, regulatory frameworks, competitor structures, and industry developments
- Assist in financial and business analysis for client proposals
- Organise and summarise information from client discussions, documents, and research into clear presentation formats
- Support ad hoc projects relating to investment, corporate finance, business expansion, and cross-border structuring
Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Law, Banking, or a related field
- Interested in corporate finance, M&A, private wealth, fund structures, trusts, and investment migration
- Strong in writing, research, and presentation preparation - Comfortable working on PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and online research
- Able to turn complex information into clear and professional proposal materials
- Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently when required
- Prior internship experience in finance, banking, consulting, legal, investment, or corporate advisory would be an advantage, but not compulsory
