Duties:

• Management of e-Commerce store on various platforms and websites
• Inventory Management
• Enhance and rectify non-performing existing product content.
• Content writing and copying.
• Manage and simple editing of product images using software.
• Managing of customer online enquiries 
• Packing of parcels, arranging of inventory.
• Product selection for featuring.
• Customer reviews management.
• Competitor analysis.

Requirement: 

• IT Savvy and fast & keen learner 
• Resourceful and personable character who appreciates and works well in a culture of trust and candour
• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn, appreciate mentoring/knowledge sharing among team members and building a positive team culture
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Ability to multi task and take up multiple responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Prior experience in e-commerce is an added bonus
