E-Commerce Operations & Warehouse Assistant (Part-Time / Internship) About Super Mall Pte. Ltd.
Established in 2023, Super Mall Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based e-commerce company operating over 30 online stores across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. We offer a wide range of products, including electronics, home appliances, lifestyle essentials, and travel accessories, serving more than 20,000 customers in Singapore.

We are looking for responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, inventory management, and daily business administration.
Job Responsibilities

1. Daily Order Fulfilment: Process daily e-commerce orders, including picking, packing, shipping arrangements, and updating order statuses in the backend system.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Management: Organise warehouse products, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure efficient stock storage and retrieval.
3. Inbound Shipment Handling: Assist with receiving, checking, sorting, and organising incoming overseas shipments.
4. Operations Support: Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks, including interdepartmental coordination, supplier communications, and material procurement arrangements.
5. Administrative Support: Handle basic administrative duties, including document filing, record keeping, and arranging important parcel deliveries.
6. Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements

1. Good communication skills in English and Chinese, as the role involves using Chinese-language e-commerce management systems and communicating with Chinese-speaking suppliers.
2. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
3. Fast learner with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
4. Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time.
5. Able to commit for at least 1 month.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

1. Willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and ability to maintain a consistent work schedule.
2. Educational background in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
3. Previous experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse management, logistics, or administrative support is an advantage.

Working Location & Schedule
Location: Yishun, Singapore

Business Operating Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Flexible Part-Time Arrangements:

• Morning half-day shifts
• Afternoon half-day shifts
• Full-day shifts (subject to availability)

Priority will be given to candidates who are available for afternoon shifts and/or Saturdays.

Actual working days and hours will be arranged based on the candidate's availability and the company's operational requirements, with schedules mutually agreed upon.
