We are an established e-commerce business operating our own online brand store alongside active storefronts on Shopee and Lazada. We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and self-motivated E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will help elevate our visual brand presence across our e-commerce platforms and social media channels. You will leverage modern AI tools to streamline visual design, video production, and social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Visual Content & Listings:
  • Design, crop, and edit high-quality product images, banners, and infographic slides for Shopee, Lazada, and our website.
  • Use AI generation and editing tools (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI, Photoshop AI) to create and enhance product mockups and visual assets.
• Marketing & Promotional Collateral:
  • Create graphic assets for digital campaigns, vouchers, platform mega-sales (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12), and promotional banners.
  • Assist in developing promotional flyers, digital vouchers, and web assets.
• Short-Form Video Production:
  • Produce and edit short-form promotional videos for product listings, Shopee Feed/Video, and social media.
  • Utilize AI video and audio generation tools to accelerate video workflows and produce engaging promo content.
• Social Media Management:
  • Manage day-to-day posts, stories, and content calendars on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Monitor trends, engage with followers, and track post performance to boost visual reach.
• Customer Support & Ad-Hoc Duties:
  • Assist with ad-hoc customer service inquiries across Shopee, Lazada, and social media channels during peak promotion periods.
  • Support the team with basic administrative or e-commerce listing management as needed.

Requirements

• Background or active studies in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, E-Commerce, Design, Media, or related fields.
• Familiar with basic graphic design and photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or Premiere Pro).
• Open to using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, Runway) to speed up design and video creation.
• Active user of Instagram and TikTok with an eye for current visual and video trends.
• Comfortable navigating seller portals like Shopee Seller Centre or Lazada Seller Center is a bonus.
• Good written communication skills and high attention to detail.
