As we enter our next phase of growth, Beureka is expanding beyond traditional online retail into social commerce platforms such as TikTok and Facebook Live. Through more interactive and engaging shopping experiences, we aim to connect with our customers in new ways and build a stronger, community-driven future for beauty retail.

The eCommerce Intern will play a key role in supporting our digital commerce operations, customer engagement, and livestream initiatives across multiple platforms. You will assist in campaign execution, product listing management, order fulfillment, and inventory tracking to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role also involves engaging with customers and online communities through various support channels, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support livestream operations, content updates, and performance analysis to drive business growth.  Key Responsibilities

 Commercial and Campaign planning

1. Assist in campaign submission to respective platforms
2. Assist in maintenance of product listings across platforms

Community Engagement & Customer Service

1. Assist in replying of emails, live chat, Telegram, and other support channels.
2. Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
3. Answer customer and community questions accurately, and share product updates, announcements, and educational content.

Fulfillment and Logistic Support

1. Assist in e-commerce order fulfillment and inventory management
2. Support in tracking inventory level to be satisfied at a safe level
3. Assist in ensuring orders have been shipped out on time

Livestream & Backend Support

1. Manage backend operations, including livestream support, product listings, and other content updates.
2. Collaborate with the team on creative concepts, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives.
3. Support the team on performance tracking and provide actionable insights to optimize future content.
4. Support the team on acquisition, selection, and engagement of TikTok Live streamers.
5. Support the planning and coordination of livestream calendars, ensuring smooth and effective execution of all sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Currently enrolled in or recently completed ITE or Polytechnic; studies in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
2. Understanding of various online marketplace, e.g. TikTok, FaceBook, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon etc
3. Flexibility in working hours to support campaign-related activities during weekends or after office hours.
4. Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
5. Good communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency a plus for product/partner coordination).
6. Meticulous, with strong attention to detail in orders, listings, and reporting.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with online platforms.
