Job Description

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing and letters preparation
  • Responsible to enter and update on members profile
  • Handling members queries via email and telephone
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Key Skills :

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be of an advantage
  • Proactive and committed to work assigned

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri (office hours)
  • Open to arrangement of working hours from 9am to 2pm or 1 pm to 6pm
