Puricare Pte Ltd – Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities :

• To provide sales and operations support to the technical service division
• Servicing and maintenance scheduling and assignment for technical team
• Maintain record and attend to technical service inquiries and job status
• Follow up on request and issues (make appointment for on site support, delivery, maintenance, requisite loan process, rental process, new and renewal of service contract, shipment) and provide prompt and timely responses to achieve optimal level
• Process quotation, delivery orders and other admin duties as per assigned
• Coordinate with customers on delivery arrangement and returned of repaired items/orders
• Resolve customer service related issues 

Requirements :

• Minimum 'A' or Diploma in engineering or business administration
• Prefer 1-2 years of relevant working experience in sales and customer support function
• Good communication skills and able to interact with customers well
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customers)
• Highly motivated, organized and meticulous person with a passion for customer service excellence
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and a good team player
• Good in MS office - Word, Excel, outlook 
• Prefer applicants who can start work immediately and fresh graduates (must be a keen learner)
• Must be Singaporean or SPR (no quota for foreigners)
• Location : Ang Mo Kio (walking distance from Yio Chu Kang MRT)
• 5 days work week (Mon-Fri)
