Responsibilities

We are looking for dynamic, energetic and creative people to join our team! You will be required to:

• Conceptualize and create event proposals
• Assist the sales team in coordinating and managing the events
• Provide both administrative and operational support
• Work closely with the Design & Operations team in all aspects of the event
• Have good client servicing skills for any liaising and communication
• Travel to onsite for any planning and support

Requirements

• Willing-to-learn and positive attitude!
• Committed with an interest in events
• Organised and ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
• Good team player with a good level of initiative and problem solving skills
• Able to work long hours and on weekends & Public Holidays (if necessary)
• Proficient in MS office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
