Job Description

This role will lead a team of HRBPs to partner and help business groups across the organisation implement tactical people and organization development strategies. The incumbent would need to be highly collaborative with different functions/ levels and be keen to mentor and build up capabilities of the existing team. In addition, the incumbent has to deliver robust HR advisory and influence critical stakeholders and business leaders to achieve HR and business objectives. Will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, policy interpretation and application, performance and compensation management, talent acquisition & retention, manpower trend forecast

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy and business strategy
  • Act as change agent to business through process design and creative solutioning that support change and transformation
  • Gather HR best practices, trends and latest workforce regulations. Additionally strive to work closely with business in ensuring the implementation of best practices and compliance to legislation at all times 
  • Provide day-to-day coaching to HRBPs and business on a variety of actions such as employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development
  • Drive retention strategy by facilitation of formal/ informal engagement sessions and implementation of staff wellness and recognition programmes
  • Co-create cohesive and forward thinking teams and serve as the bridge between business leaders, HRBPs and employees
  • Conducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for future staffing and skill needs. Partner with Talent Acquisition to build up a healthy pipeline of candidates and design talent acquisition strategies to meet manpower needs
  • Partners with HR Shared Services and Learning & Development functions as needed to provide innovative solutions for business
