The intern will provide operational and coordination support to the Programme & Partnership Executive in delivering meaningful programmes and community engagement initiatives for residents. This role offers hands-on exposure to eldercare programme execution, volunteer coordination, and partnership support within a nursing home setting.
You may:
- Support the Programme & Partnership Executive in planning and executing resident activities and events
- Assist in coordinating logistics, materials preparation, and on-the-day programme set-up
- Support liaison with volunteers, community partners, and vendors- Participate in resident engagement during activities to enhance participation and experience
- Assist in tracking attendance, feedback, and basic programme data- Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing programmes and initiatives
- Contribute ideas to improve activity flow, engagement, and resident experience
Qualifications
You are:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications.
