The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) is an acute tertiary psychiatric hospital with 1950 beds. We offer a comprehensive range of psychiatric, rehabilitative and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.

Job Description

Bringing the EVP to Life

  • Help turn our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) from words into action by supporting its rollout across key employee touchpoints
  • Work with HR and internal partners to embed EVP pillars into real programmes, initiatives, and communications
  • Track how EVP initiatives are landing with employees and share insights on what’s working (and what we can improve)

Building an Employer Brand People Believe In

  • Support the rollout of employer branding initiatives that reflect who we are and why people enjoy working here
  • Help create and refresh employer branding content (e.g. onboarding materials, internal campaigns, people stories)
  • Monitor engagement and feedback to see how our branding resonates with employees

Supporting Wellbeing & Employee Experience

  • Be part of the team that brings employee wellbeing initiatives to life
  • Support the coordination of wellbeing programmes, engagement activities, and communications
  • Gather feedback and participation data to understand impact and shape future initiatives

Turning Ideas into Action

  • Provide project coordination support to keep EVP, branding, and wellbeing initiatives moving smoothly
  • Prepare progress updates, presentations, and simple dashboards for HR leadership
  • Help ensure projects are well‑organised, well‑documented, and executed with care

Working With People Across the Organisation

  • Collaborate with HR teammates, internal communications, and business units
  • Join meetings, capture key takeaways, and follow up on actions
  • Help ensure people‑related initiatives feel consistent, clear, and connected
