Customer Experience Monitoring & Analysis

• Track and monitor daily customer service performance scores across multiple platforms.
• Perform basic trend analysis and summarise recurring customer feedback themes.
• Review and categorise negative customer feedback and escalation cases across social media and customer service channels.
• Support preparation of summary reports and insights for internal stakeholders.

Training & Operations Support

• Assist in managing training attendance and documentation.
• Support training logistics such as preparation of materials and coordination of sessions.
• Create and format PowerPoint slides and training materials according to company standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to training and staff development programmes.

Audit & Reporting Support

• Support preparation of store visit and audit reports for stores with lower customer service performance.
• Assist in compiling findings and highlighting improvement opportunities.
• Maintain organised documentation and reporting records.
