Singapore Food Service Pte Ltd – AI Solutions & Automation Intern

The Plattering Co. Pte Ltd, known for its beautiful grazing tables and creative catering buffet setup displays, sharing platters, bowls and bentos and unique catering setups. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an AI Solutions & Automation Intern  to support the development and implementation of practical technology solutions for business and operational needs. You will work with different teams to understand requirements and contribute to solutions using AI, automation, software, data, and integrations.

This is an applied implementation role, with guidance provided where required. The focus is on learning quickly, building practical solutions, documenting your work, and supporting successful adoption by users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the translation of business requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Build, test, and implement assigned AI, automation, and integration solutions with appropriate guidance.

• Research and evaluate suitable tools and approaches for business use cases.

• Troubleshoot and improve solutions based on testing and user feedback.

• Document workflows, system logic, and implementation details clearly.

• Support rollout and user adoption of implemented solutions.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

• Strong interest in applied AI, automation, and business problem-solving.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python.

• Exposure to LLMs, APIs, automation tools, databases, or similar technologies.

• Some experience building scripts, automations, integrations, or technical projects.

• Able to learn quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and work through assigned tasks with guidance.

• Good communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

• Able to commit to a 6-month full-time WFO internship.
