Their digital therapy platform comprising of KIMIA Assess and KIMIA Move products, uses artificial intelligence technology for digital MSK assessment and therapy. This platform is capable of providing pre-consultation assessments and real-time exercise guidance and feedback to musculoskeletal patients, and is being adopted by some of the largest private healthcare providers in the region, along with large corporate players. 

Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Intern (Medical) to join our team. The Customers Success Intern will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our medical customers. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the healthcare industry and an opportunity to develop essential skills in customer relationship management and healthcare service delivery. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in onboarding new medical customers and guiding them through the implementation process
  • Proactively engage with medical customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless integration and utilization of our products/services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with medical customers to assess their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and gather feedback.
  • Assist in analysing customer data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience. 
  • Support the development of customer success materials and resources tailored to the medical industry, such as training guides and best practice documents. 
  •  Stay updated on industry regulations, guidelines, and advancements to provide informed recommendations and insights to patients. 
  •  Assist in resolving customer issues and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution. 
  •  Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes and strategies based on customer feedback and market trends. 
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills. 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a health-care-related field, Healthcare Management, Medical Science, or a similar discipline. 
  • Strong interest in customer success and healthcare service delivery. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with medical professionals. 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically in complex healthcare environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
