Job Description
  • Managing client bookings, data entry and campaign validation across different client requests and ensuring JCDecaux standards are adhered to and individual client requirements
  • Offering professional stakeholder management both internally and externally and be proactive when offering alternatives for client requirements 
  • Working closely with finance, ensuring new clients are on the booking systems and use our CRM system to accurately record sales data
  • High attention to detail to provide accurate administration and campaign reporting 
  • Provides sales administrative support, assist on compilation of sales reports and ensure that reports are submitted on time 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience 
  • Have an eye for details, organized and meticulous
  • Strong numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • A self-starter with the ability to priorities in order to achieve deadlines and maintain client's expectations
  • Self - motivated and adaptable to work alone and be part of a team to support colleagues, share information and improve on best practices 
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in both written and verbal communication skills
