Type: Education & Training Services / Education
Pros: A pleasant place to work with professional senior leaders and mid-level managers. The hybrid work model also allows for flexibility to work from home.
Cons: As an MNC, it has numerous internal processes for checks, which can extend the approval timeline. It's essential to learn how to navigate and manage work around these layers of approvals. As more projects and tasks are added, it's important to review staff workloads and reassess manpower deployment. Consider adding contract staff to initiate and support new projects effectively.
