Honiva Consulting Pte. Ltd. is an HR Planning & Implementation services firm that helps growing employers build their internal Human Resources framework (structure, processes, and tools) to fulfill their employee management responsibilities and build great workplaces. Whereby, our team is seeking a part time Graphic Designer who will support the marketing, sales, corporate services, and HR service delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and Publish Images for our Blog Articles, Social Media Platforms, and Marketing Campaigns
• Assist with the Selection of Appropriate Images for our Service Proposals and Website Pages
• Craft Appropriate and Culturally Aligned Messages to Complement our Branding and Imagery
• Develop a Detailed Publication Calendar to Ensure the Alignment of Digital Marketing Channels
• Recreate and Update our Existing Marketing Collateral Files using Adobe Creative Cloud
• Support the Corporate Services Team with Event Management and Corporate Gifting Initiatives
• Design and Layout Stylized Infographic Files to Distribute to our Client Groups for Knowledge Sharing
• Compile Past Articles into an Electronic Publication and Layout Client Documents Aesthetically
• Setup Proofs and Printing Orders Upon the Completion of Updates to Marketing Collateral

Qualifications

• 1 – 2 Years in a Graphic Design or Visual Design role
• Completion of Diploma in Graphic Design or Visual Communications
• Strong Working Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ability to Sketch Illustrative Concepts to Convey Messages
• Excellent Creative Skills and Technical Aptitude
• Solid Capability to Apply Design Principles and Elements
• Proficient Experience Creating Layouts for Digital and Print
• Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Solid Ability to Work in a Distributed Team Environment
• Recognized Work Ethic and Time Management Skills
