Growthbeans is a social enterprise that focuses on creating safe spaces for self-discovery and to connect people together for inclusivity, wellbeing and employability. The Community Operations & Engagement Executive is essential for the continuous impact of the work we do.
As a Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of our content engine and drive our digital growth strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and business objectives, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent while expanding our reach.
What You Will Be Working On
A. Strategic Content Leadership:
- Take full ownership of end-to-end content creation, including original comics, videos, articles, newsletters, and landing pages.
- Lead Content Marketing Campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring all output aligns with company outreach and expansion goals.
- Uphold and monitor brand consistency across all digital and offline platforms.
B. Digital Growth & Optimization:
- Manage SEO strategies and perform regular website content updates to drive organic traffic.
- Oversee the Growthbeans Social Calendar, ensuring a strategic selection of creative assets and high-engagement captions.
- Ensure timely and accurate scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms (IG, TikTok, FB, Linkedin, Telegram) and ensure a uniform brand voice.
- Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy to effectively communicate the Growthbeans profile to target audiences.
C. Content Creation & Illustration
- Create original comic strips based on stories of growth that resonate with our community showcasing Growthbeans mascots.
- Ideate, film, and edit short-form videos/reels for Instagram and TikTok.
- Design visually compelling materials including infographics, carousel posts, and branded assets for social media.
D. Community Support
- Monitor community sentiments and proactively interact with followers to cultivate meaningful engagements.
- Document stories at Growthbeans on-site events through photos and videos, turning real-life moments into engaging social media updates.
E. Research & Strategic Analysis
- Analyze digital and social media data to provide actionable insights and optimize ROI.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to pivot strategies where necessary.
What We Are Looking For
- Technical proficiency: Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Canva, Figma).
- Illustration & Narrative Talent: A strong ability to illustrate characters and a natural gift for storytelling - you know how to hook an audience through visuals and text.
- Critical & Analytical Thinking: You have a logical mindset and can translate data into creative strategies. You can analyze feedback and data to suggest better ways of reaching our community.
- Communication: Excellent command of English with the ability to distil complex concepts into simple, relatable messages.
- Reliability & Adaptability: A proactive self-starter who is meticulous, organized, and ready to be on-site for events when needed. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across projects.
- Education: Posses a Diploma or Degree in Media, Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
